Hi Jay...well, I have to tell you that both my boyfriend and I have gotten out a lot of mucoid plaque and neither of us are on a strict diet. We eat pretty well, but it's not strict in any sense.

I did The Master Cleanse with b&p's (did you read those posts? - and the other link is an article, not a book - it's very good) and got out mucoid plaque ropes. My boyfriend didn't fast and did the b&p's and got out mucoid plaque.

Maybe you should try it? Eat normally, even...

I haven't had experience with Schulze's, so I can't tell you anything there.
