I did read about the many causes, yes!

I tried a cleansing formula similar to Dr. Shulze's kit. His looks like a good one, although I did want to avoid the senna if possible.

The probiotics sound like a good tip. I have tried drinking a few Kombucha drinks per day to put the healthy flora back in. I suppose a soy cultured yogurt would do the trick. I like the cabbage idea!
