At last, a reply - thought I was alone for a while.....
A 1974 penny you say (are you serious??) I'm preparing for the big one - 7 day fast for the second time around. I hope I can be strong again this time and see it through.

Did the enema thingy last time and had some bad reactions - felt a bit nauseous during and after some of them - put me off a bit but the results were worth it. I feel great and well prepared this time. Have done the gentle phase (R Anderson) for 3 weeks now and just about ready for the master phase - like I said before - 'bin getting rid of the 'nasty stuff' for nearly 3 weeks so not sure what to expect this time around during the MP.... things can only get better.
