Do you really think the cotton balls are parasites? I've heard candida. My husband thought it was just 'fibre'. I'll
believe anything.

I am a little concerned about Bentonite and psyllium because I get constipated easily. I took it for a short while
last year (but only once a day) and I found sometimes it helped and sometimes it constipated me. Perhaps I didn't
drink enough water. Also, how long should I do the b&p program?

I'll look into the other links you sent me.
