What kind of cleanse are you on?

My boyfriend took b&p shakes 3 times a day and started passing mucoid plaque almost right away. Then he passed a 1974 penny on Day4! Seriously.

So...some people are lucky and start passing the crazy stuff lickety split!..while others take months....
