Oh yeah...you could try adding caproil to it. That works for some people.

If you do try it again start off really slowly....just one a day for a few days just to make sure you're going....then add a 2nd just before bed and see how that feels.

Start your day with some mugs of warm water (only warm water gets the bowels going)...
