Thanks for replying! I got a bit more later in the day, but so far not today. It just seemed really fast; I had only one P/B shake!

Does getting this result so quickly indicate that I'm really full of it, or that my colon is in decent shape?

I am now doing two P/B shakes/day now in conjunction with a juice fast. I drink tons of water. Will try to work up to three shakes/day, but this is only my 3rd day on them.
