Had to respond because I absolutely love coffee, though drink little, and haven't had a cup in weeks since I'm on a candida diet. I wanted to comment on the upset stomach some experience. I drink true European coffee which is as strong as espresso and thicker (and much tastier) and I've never had a stomach problem like I do with American coffee. Must be the low acidity. Since I can't drinnk coffee right now I'm really enjoying Celestial Seasonings' Roast Aroma as a substitute.

And I make a point of having a little red wine as often as possible, which is not often, though not now with the candida thing.
