Yes, I am drinking a lot of water. More than the minimum recommended. My weight is 145 lbs so I should drink 72.5 onz of water. I have been drinking about 100 onz of water everyday.

Also I have been drinking herbals teas, eating oatmeal and eating salads with olive oil.
What other colon cleansing could I try?
