Good clarification. I don't want to cause worry uneccessarily abou the packaged cleansers, I'm just relating my experience with Herbal Fiberblend, which, like other cleansers out there, has the strong herbal laxatives. I have read good reports about it being very effective, so my reaction was probably because of a preexisting problem. That said, I personally would never use it again. Not worth the risk.
