I'm taking BP shakes and am fasting as well, on my 3rd day of 7. Whenever I burp, there is a heavy metallic taste that comes up; anyone else experience this before or can give an explanation? I'm hoping that it's not some sort of internal bleeding and I'm just tasting the iron...
