Woah Martha! That sounds a little crazy! It looks like you've got to get your bowels moving more frequently so you don't have to give birth to those apples!! How much b&p are you taking? And what colon cleanser are you adding to that??? very curious. Sounds like you just might be taking too much right now.

I say cut back and get your bowels moving properly then slowly add the b&p drinks...(maybe you are taking too many b&p's and colon cleansers too?)

We don't want you clogging anymore toilets Martha! (I'm sure you don't want to either!)

So they are hard..no 'ropes' yet...or mucoid plaque?
