Sprite...in addition to the sugar/aspartane/carbonation issues associated with drinking soda....Diet Coke contains caffeine and acts as a diuretic...at 12 cans a day, that is a pretty significant dose! I would bet that your soda drinking is a major contributing factor in your history of constipation...that and your diet...LOL!
