Glad to have someone who understands! I guess it is like coffee for some people, I dont drink coffee so its pop. I am not myself till I am on my second can in the morning :) Mine is Diet Coke, it just goes down so easy! Ok I am crazy I know! If I only have enough money for either food or pop, well for sure I am going to take the pop! Oh I totally agree you have to totally want to do it, just like with anything. Did you wean yourself off slowly? I just dont know what I will drink if I dont drink pop. I am getting more water in me than I have in forever since with each P&B I do I drink 16 oz of water so I am up to 3 of those now. Plus I really dont want to drink anything with calories since it takes away from the amount of food I can eat while on my diet.
