Sprite, glad to hear you are doing ok. I totally understand the soda thing as well. I too, am used to consuming 12 sodas a day. And my thing has been Pepsi. I had to have them! You know that if you have to have a soda BEFORE you eat breakfast, you have a problem. I would drink a soda before 7 in the morning! I've tried numerous times to get off of them. I have been in the hospital behind them, with a tore up bladder-no water just Pepsi. It took me to realize that I really didn't WANT to stop drinking the soda! I decided to start a cleanse and after trying plenty of times, I haven't drank a soda in about a month and a half. I can't say that I am completely over them. But I can say that I had to admit to MYSELF that I didn't want to stop drinking the soda. I try to do 4 P&B shakes a day and realize that if I cleanse all of the mess out of my system, them my system doesn't know that it wants the mess. So I guess it is working. Good luck.

P.S. I drink about a gallon and a half of water daily and don't have a desire for the soda or anything other drink....
