WOW...12 cans a day?! What sort of pop are you drinking? This may be a significant contributing factor to your digestive problems...and also weight issues.

Glad to hear that things are starting to move a bit better for you. Feel free to take more enemas a week to get things moving faster.

You can do the ParaGone cleanse while doing the colon cleanse...just make sure to take the herbs at least an hour before or after the shakes.
