Virgins in this case has nothing to with sex. It means that they are rightous to the Word of God. Plus there will be our group(gentiles) there also. God has His children in all races and He promised to help them. Both Jew and Gentile. A good example was when after WWII our nation refused to send preachers to Japan(grew up there) and Korea. God raised up true prophets to bless the country of Korea.

Again, to believe Gods council is being virgin.
