I would agree with Ali! No can say it better!
If you read the bible in context, there shouldn't be a lot of confusion.
However, in a lot of circles there is too much confusion, and I believe that happens when someone tries to turn the bible into their own version, and manipulate scripture.
The bible is full of answers concerning history and today's events, it is to be used as a guide on how life is, and how a person should live their life, from health, to morals - it's all in the bible. As well as prophecy, on what's to come.
Also, the bible is to be used to get to know our Heavenly Father and find all the treasures he has in store for us, and to learn of the Love and Compassion He has for us.
Now, I'm rambling =) So I'll stop...
