Don't be discouraged.I just use the info that I feel comfortable about.A fast here and there is biblical and good for the body as well as spirit.If you want to eat pork go right ahead without condemnation ,their raised now and fed clean.Do what is right for you.We all agree about fast food.I don't feel good about doing harsh,unnatural things to my body either and never will.That is not how God intended our body's to function.But there is good advice here about vitamins and such.Love,Dot.
