You should take this seriously.Being overweight puts a lot of strain on your heart.You didn't say how much over weight you are but please change your eating habits and get more exercise.I know it is hard at your age when you have to be around your friends enjoying cheeseburgers and frys but pp have different metabolisims. Some pp can eat anything and never gain a lb but some of us can't. Let us know if you went and got checked out.We love you.Love in Christ,Dot.
