I like your attitude. I was only browsing a few forums, but I had to register when I saw your plight. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome over a year ago, but it was just a few months ago that I developed symptoms of cysts themselves. I met a girl where I worked who was a vegan because her doctor said it could help eliminate cysts in her breasts. I looked into it, and decided to go one step further- go raw-vegan. I was feeling so crummy, it made the transition easier. Anything to be healthy again. I have been looked at like I was crazy for this many times, but I would much rather change my lifestyle than take medications or have things removed (oh well, I think it makes perfect sense).
Okay, so that being said, I would still never tell anyone it was easy. It's difficult. Going raw is a full body cleanse, and you will crave that which you are suddenly going without (all those favorites, for me, just about everything). And in the beginning, you may feel worse (but you've cleansed before, so maybe not). It IS worth it, though. And it does get easier. I would say it takes just a couple weeks to get through the hard part. Not only do my ovaries feel much better, but I feel much better. No more aches and pains, restful sleep, and so much more energy. But the best part for me has been how my mood has improved. I've always been very prone to Depression and moodiness until now. I feel new. For financial reasons I have not been back to find out if my cysts are gone, but the pain is, and I expect a good report when I do get in to the doctor. I'll let you know! If you have any questions, or would like to know more (because I've blabbed enough for now), just let me know. I'd be happy to answer. Good luck, and never give up hope for your ovaries. I believe they can be saved.

P.S. Exercise is also very good for eliminating cysts, I have read. It takes months, but it helps to balance out hormones, and an imbalance is the main cause of cysts.
