Hi.
I really haven't changed my diet. I did put on a few pounds lately from eating cafeteria food at a Nuclear power house. I get dried out every winter but now it is worse. It has never been so bad. I have been using lotion like aveeno which the pharmicist recommended. I will try your IdeasThanks Gary
