My whole body itches. the pharmacy recommended aveeno lotion. it does help but not enough. Im wondering if the superfood is the problem? The reason is my ex girlfriend had that problem and they told her to stop the superfood for a few days and then start back using less. I have been doing superfood for about a year. except I went about two months without it and then just recently started again. I also have had a mild form of this for many years, and that is because I dry out really bad in the winter. So is it a combination of both?
Any Ideas would be welcome because I can't sleep. It is the worst when I go to bed.
