hi!

so, i have completed a 14 day liver cleanse of fruit/veggies only and lemon/olive oil drink. felt amazing on day 6-10. dark circles GONE! skin glowing, energy high. i am now eating again, still the same with lots of fruits and veggies but also some tofu, fish, soy milk and legumes. skin still looks good, but the dark circles are coming back with itchiness. maybe allergies? could this be my kidneys? i drink about 50-75 oz, water a day (i weigh 110 lbs)
and i was doing the salf water flushes for a couple days during the cleanse--could that have hurt my kidneys? also i'm not anemic.

frustrated by this condition that only has come up in the laast few months. i really want to get rid of these ugly circles!
any advice?
