I am doing the master cleanse. My ph balance is very acidic and it causes my urethra to be inflammed. I think it does. I ahve been to many many urologist and they have done every test possible and come up with nothing. SO i figured it was my acidic ph. I am at 5-6 pretty bad. But also I heard this urologist say hot spices are not good for it. I am on my second day and all I ahve is heated bowel movements and hot urine which irritates my urethra. Is this normal or should I eliminate cayenne pepper.. I only put the amount I am supposed to do..
