I too suffer from anemia. I usually buy Shaklees Iron with vitamin C. Did you know your body can not take in Iron without C with it. My doctor never bothered to tell me this when he wanted me on iron medication which I refused to buy. The molases might have more Iron and nateral remedies do take time, but you should get some sort of light results within a few days. Also eat an apple in the morning. Help boost your energy and Dr. Shultz Super Foods will also. Heres a heads up. Iron in medication form can increase risk of heart attack and over long term use cuase liver damage. That is why I go the herbal route. Not as easy to do harm with food then medicine. Good luck if you descide to switch to herbal remidies.
