I am a 26 yr female and have lots of digestive problems! And have ever since i was a kid. i have acid reflux, gastritis, and suffer from regular bouts of constipation. I have developed food allergies recently which results in me feeling tired, irritable and ill all the time. I push myself greatly, i am active in sports and attempt to include excercise in my daily life. I dont know what foods i am exactly allergic to, but almost after every meal I have experience nausea and discomfort. I have sinus problems, congestion and horrible taste in my mouth and horrible breath (tastes like i am burping up feces!!) I have been told my doctors that i will need to take allergy med's for the rest of my life. I dont want to do this. I was recommended to try the incurables program, so i ordered it (still waiting for it in the mail), but am wondering if this program is right for me, after reading that it is mainly for people with more deadly illnesses. i want to try it, but will it hurt me in any way? should i do another cleanse before i begin the incurables? thanks, and i am VERY VERY excited about the prospect of FINALLY being healthy!
