UTI's can be helped by juniper tincture. I make my own for my wife (also a daughter and her friend) who has cronic UTI's. The juniper solves the problem. She uses one or two dropperfuls if bad but can get by on three or four drops twice a day when things are under control. Take it straight or in ounce or so of juice. If you don't know how to make tincture you should learn. It's not difficult. Get your Juniper from any good organic or wildcraft supplier. Pacific Botanicals 541-479-7777 is an excellent one.

For the constipation, Intestinal Formula # 1 from Dr. Schulze at American Botanical Pharmacy, 1-800-herbdoc will solve the problem. It isn't a laxative per se but it does make you go but only after a meal. Ask for a catalog--it's free--and it will tell you how to use it. Read the entire catalog if you are interested in improving your health. There is nothing better out there than Dr. Schulze 's products. It's possible the Kidney/Bladder formula from Dr. Schulze will help the UTI's. Good luck.
