e-mail me anytime! I'd love to talk with you more. I have no scientific method for making them, I just read all the ingredients dr. s uses for them and then get them at my nutrition shop and mix them. I use the most of the first ingredient he has listed, and a little less of the next, and so on down the line. I have a great shop here in town that sells herbs bulk so I just go to the wall of jars and get what I need.
