I've only read the stuff on Sam Biser's webpage but not his videeos. I read EVERYTHING by Dr. Schulze , newsletters etc.

i have made my own tinctures and formulae but am kind sloopy on the ratios.

As an example, i made my own #1 capsules. I am a TERRIBLE capsule maker, so some of my capsules were more full than others (this after breathing in practically half the batch up my nose - lol) so whenever I take one, it's always a surprise how strong they will be.

I'd love to see the sam biser videos but am a bit strapped for cash and they are expensive.
