I would love the recipe. The Stevia seems to help a little and every little bit helps, believe me. I was really shocked to have these Sugar cravings. A few days after I withdrew from Aspartame and started zapping along came the Sugar cravings and at times so strong so so strong. I wonder if its because I'm diabetic? Whatever the reason I feel like a junkie in a treatment program.
