You can call 1-800-Herbdoc and ask them to put you on the mailing list, it is free. I really like reading his newsletter, they always make me laugh with his kick butt style. Everytime before I do a liver cleanse I read his liver newsletter and it gives me a boost. :)
Your certainly welcome, I hope the stevia works wonderfully for you. :) It is so healthy and nice and sweet too! I forgot to mention if you get really into it there is even a couple of stevia cookbooks to be found. Since you only need about a teaspoon of stevia powder to equal a cup of Sugar the cookbooks are nice because they have done all the conversions and added in extra dry ingredients to make up for the loss of volume that the one cup would have otherwise provided. Just a handy suggestion...:) Even without the cookbook you can make several things to help you get through. I use the liquid stevia in cobblers, smoothies, herb tea, lemonade, whipped cream, my daughter's oatmeal, and my kefir. For baking the powder would be best, but I have not bought any of it as yet. I have a recipe book, Naturally Sugarless Desserts by Carole Collier and instead of the fruit juices in most of the recipes I use stevia--orange juice blackberry cobbler tastes funny! I liked the stevia much better. :) There is a recipe in there for strawberry shortcake pastry dough that has no sugar, then I put stevia in the strawberries and topped with whipped cream and my husband couldn't even tell the difference! And he's a huge Sugar addict. :) I could write the recipe out for you if you'd like, it was quite easy and good. Good luck Joe and have a good weekend :) Caitlin Lorraine
