It is absolutely not only a good meal replacement - I think it is the BEST possible meal replacement ever. You can live solely off of it in emergencies. I recommend you read what Dr. Schulze has to say in his handbook. It is amazing. It is complete, natural nutrition. I have some in my emergency preparedness box too!
