If you are ever throwing up, IF#2 works great to stop it. I have used it several times for me and my husband when we would get food poisioning or the flu. Worked wonders! Since you have IBS you might even consider starting out taking IF#2 cleanse for a week, taking #1 if needed at night, and that might straighten you out. Just my recommendation. :) Have a good week!
