Hi!

If it were me, I would use either Dr. Christopher's Eyebright Formula, or Dr. Schulze 's Eyebright Formula.

I've heard that Dr. Schulze 's Eyebright Formula is much hotter than Dr. Christopher's Eyebright Formula, so it is up to you how much heat you would be able to stand in your eyes. I personally use Dr. Christopher's Eyebright formula both in an eyecup, as a nose wash, and internally, and I love the results.
