most probably your intestinal and vaginal flora is out of balance. not enough good bacteria
and too much bad. the Antibiotics and creams would have made this worse.
it would probably help to take a good probiotic, you can even empty a capsule in some
water or yogurt and douche with it.

when i'm out of balance, i get yellowish green discharge too. Just a matter
of restoring the balance. i'm sure you're fine. don't worry.
