Hi Bob,

thanks for the info--that helps quite a bit. I started on IF#1 around the middle of March. Since I now have IF#3, I'll try that after dinner every evening and see how that goes (I took my first dose this evening). I'll also make sure I drink more water. I had cut back to one quart (four 8 oz. glasses) per day. In addition, I'm going to try eating a piece of fruit with lunch or dinner.

Thanks also for pointing me to the Herbs First web site. Lots of eye-opening info there!
