You know, those of us who swear by using Dr. Schulze 's products know they work. But, something that has been on my mind for a long time now is that we never discuss his other teachings on this forum. We are so quick to tell someone to take Formula #1 and #2, Superfood, cayenne, etc. and forget the other things!

But, we never discuss his 20 steps to a healthier life and we should. Every one of his steps is just as important as taking his tinctures, Superfood, etc. One of the first things that impressed me about Dr. Schulze is that whenever I order ANYTHING from 1-800-herbdoc, he ALWAYS gives away something free!! Such a giving person! (He practices step #13)

In case you don't know the 20 steps, here they are:

1. Pure Water (1 quart of pure water ever day)

2. Pure Fresh Juice--1 quart everyday (BUY A JUICER!!)

3. STOP eating ALL animal and animal by-products.

4. Eat more live, raw foods.

5. Elimination---SO IMPORTANT! (He offers an Intestinal
Detoxification Program)

6. 5 Day Cleansing and Detoxification Program

7. Start walking and breath more

8. MOVE more, SWEAT (Every day for 1 hour)

9. Use HOT and COLD hydrotherapy

10. Wear cotton and other natural fibers (makes so much sense!)

11. Use all natural soap, shampoo, detergent, toothpaste

12. STOP WATCHING TV---ESPECIALLY THE NEWS! (I am working on this
one because it's hard for me!)

13. Throw away, give away 1/3 of what you own (How wonderful this
world would be if EVERYONE practiced this--no poor people!)

14. Start loving yourself and your life (positive affirmations!)

15. Express yourself

16. Quote someone every day

17. Learn 1,000 jokes and LAUGH

18. Have more sex (my favorite one!)

19. Meditate, Follow your spirit, PRAY!

20. LOVE, LOVE AND LOVE MORE!!!!
