Hi Anita!

Thanks for your post! I agree with everything you said.

The way I look at taking #1, it's the same thing as eating an apple a day to "keep the Doctor away" as the old saying goes.

I have heard the argument that your body becomes too dependent on taking #1, but I have also heard the argument that your body could become dependent on eating fruit everyday, too.

#1 is made from all natural products.

I take a variety of vitamins and have for over 30 years. I think my body has gone dependent on taking my vitamins E & C, too. But, I think that's a good thing.

I haven't made up my mind 100% yet, but I am leaning toward taking Dr. Schulze 's #1 for the rest of my life.
