The B&P shakes are liquid Bentonite clay and psyllium husks. Great colon cleaner as long as you drink PLENTY of water!

Now, I have a question for you---What is healing soil? I am just a 'lil ole girl from Mississippi and I have no idea what that is! We have stuff called "yazoo clay" but it's certainly not very healing! Ha
