Hi ..Paulette. I finished the M.C. 40 days on Sunday and then on Monday I drank only orange juice and of course water...Then came Tuesday I drank ornage juice watered down..And then I had some brown rice..all day I had a headache got up with it and went to bed with it and woke up with it as well the next day...Weird...Oh and that was after I also did a liver cleanse on Saturday and a enema on Monday...Don't know what happend I felt so good the whole time on the M.C. it was a shock to suddenly get such a bad headache...And so now I am back to cleansing just in case I missed something...This time I too am taking the Super food intestinal 1 and parex a biogenic formula for parasites...And of course the lemonade just because I like it...Today headache finally gone...Don't know what happend..But will see how I go for a while on this again..And then the probiotics...I love the superfood I had it sent from the U.S. was so excited when it finally got here took a week really not to bad..customs didn't have a problem...anyway that's my story...Anita
