You're right! I definitely think that there is no point in doing the salt water flushes if you're taking the b&p. There are others who believe this too!

It just doesn't make sense to. The b&p scrubs out your intestines all on it's own. (it's good for peristalsis too) The salt water flush would just flush it all out...so you may as well not be taking the b&p.
