The headache from my caffeine withdrawal is just insane! Is there anything I can do? Plus I'm really nauseated and I really don't want to drink anything right now, even though I should. What do I do?? I really want to do this because I want to feel better and be healthier. I guess it's true that it gets worse before it get's better, yes?
