Thanks for your great post! I don't think you said what day you are on now? I hope you post again. I believe in altering the diet a bit too. (I added Bentonite and psyllium drinks to the regime and made my lemonade in a one litre wine bottle -shaking it before drinking it disperses the cayenne - plus I got the fun of drinking out of a wine bottle!)
