Hi, Can anyone point me in the direction to find food grade EM culture in th UK to inoculate my Kefir with additional beneficial bacteria?

Does anyone have any info or experience on adding EM to Kefir? I know Gabriel Cousens at the Tree of Life rejuvenation centre adds EM to his batches of nut/seed milk Kefir near the time when the kefir grains are to be removed.
