I need help! I've read a lot of information on the web, and the more I read the more unclear it becomes in terms of how to get started. I need to detox mercury (& likely various other heavy metals) from my system. Do I start with clay, or The Master Cleanse diet? I'm worried about releasing mercury into other internal organs & causing additional difficulties. It really is a bit scary (understatement!) because I find I forget things, or that I have difficulty being a clear communicator. I really want to get on this. Thank you in advance for you knowledge and support
