Hello Karen Marie, thank you for so much info.! o.k-how do I buy the cayenne powder? I guess in the health food store? which brand? when you say "loose" licorice, do you mean the plain herb, w/o processing? do they have that in health food stores? and how much licorice do you add to the water? once I drink this, how long should I expect to wait for any results? is the cayenne tea, or licorice tea better? sorry, for so many questions, I just REALLY want to get this out!!!!!! thank you:)
