Hi Bob and Agnes,
I have a question regarding this diet. I don't have anything wrong with me, and i think i'm in pretty good shape. I eat at fast food places occasionally, maybe like once a week or something. With that said, i really don't have an excellent diet. I think its average. So my question is, will eating some of this cottage cheese mixture once a day be of any benefit like preventing cancer, even without following it on very sctict terms (like not eating meats, sugars, etc.)? Thanks a lot guys, i LOVE this site, its great stuff!!
