Hi Yentl...

Aspen (fears stemming from the unknown), Mimulus (known fears), Star of Bethlehem (heal any past trauma - always a good one to start with), Larch (confidence...the feeling that you CAN) and Red Chestnut (worrying - about others too - which isn't good energetically for the others either!). Those are the 4 that come to my mind.

When I make them...I really put alot of intention, love and requests for health into the 'potions'...1 tsp brandy, pure water and 2 drops of each in a 1 oz bottle. (this lasts almost a month taking 4 drops 4X a day).

Just thought I'd put my two bits in!
