I tried coral calcium once and I didn't like it. For what it's worth, it made my face burn, and made the sides of my head tighten up (a condition that I frequently experience under a wide variety of other stimuli.) But I suspect it might have been due to the fact that this particular brand had less than a 10 to 1 ratio of calcium to magnessium!! Thus, I suggest that we look for a brand with the prescribed calcium/magnessium ratio closer to 2/1, other wise our bodies will let us know that we are getting way too much untempered calcium.
